Partner and Head of Real Estate

Brinda Granthrai joined RIAA Barker Gillette (UK)’s commercial real estate team in May 2025 and brings over 15 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, private companies and international investors on complex real estate transactions.

As partner and the firm’s head of commercial real estate, she works closely with the team to deliver commercially focused, pragmatic solutions across the full property lifecycle.

Brinda Granthrai’s Selected highlights:

  • Negotiated a combined share-purchase and joint-venture agreement with a third-party funder and restructured leases across a £20 million mixed-use portfolio.
  • Advised on the £80 million acquisition of a business featuring multiple commercial premises.
  • Acted for a developer in the purchase and onward sale of a £5 million office building.
