Our commercial real estate team has the knowledge and experience to deal with all commercial real estate transactions. It is surprising how often a routine transaction throws up a tricky and unforeseen issue. It is essential that you have the right property lawyer on hand to deal with the labyrinth of regulations, laws and taxes, which seem to become ever more complex.

We advise upon secured lending acting for both lenders (private and institutional) and borrowers.

We recognise that a well-documented and drafted transaction will likely deliver on our clients’ expectations. But, equally, where there is a need for litigation expertise, our property litigation team are well able to find solutions.
