Where necessary, instructing and liaising with counsel and other third parties, attending First Appointments, FDRs and Final Hearings and advising the client throughout the proceedings on strategy, disclosure and settlement.

Family law and divorce FAQs

Our team answers your family law and divorce FAQs about divorce proceedings, financial proceedings and settlements, children matters, and other family law-related matters.

Finances

Pippa deals with financial disputes arising from a marriage/civil partnership or relationship breakdown. Often, those disputes involve complex assets, trusts, tax, company and jurisdictional issues. Pippa has successfully negotiated many financial settlements. Pippa can advise you on agreements reached in mediation and round table meetings.

Pre-nuptial agreements

Pippa drafts bespoke pre-nuptial agreements. These documents can prove highly useful to those individuals who have accrued significant wealth and assets before marriage or a second marriage.
