Victoria Holland

Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial

Victoria Holland leads the Corporate and Commercial Team at RIAA Barker Gillette (UK). She joined the firm in January 2020 after being a partner at B P Collins LLP since 2012. Victoria began her legal career at City firm Pinsent Masons LLP.

Victoria works with a broad range of clients, including large multinational companies, start-ups, SMEs, partnerships, investors, and entrepreneurs. She has extensive experience providing transactional and commercial contract advice across various industries, such as automotive, biotech, property management and investment, financing, software and technology.

Known for her practical and commercial advice, Victoria is dedicated to delivering clear, effective solutions that meet her clients’ needs. She focuses on building long-term relationships, working closely with clients and their advisors to understand their goals and provide the support they need for both immediate legal matters and longer-term strategic planning.
