Property litigation

We discuss and identify your needs and expectations at the outset of any dispute, or potential dispute, in order to manage risk and prepare the right strategy for you.

Our individual property litigation team stands out from its competitors due to its depth of knowledge and experience. Even some of the junior members of our team have close to ten years’ experience and our partners considerably more.

Our individual property litigation team handles a broad range of commercial and residential real estate and private landlord and tenant disputes. Where possible the team seeks to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (ADR) such as mediation and arbitration and, when necessary or appropriate through the courts and tribunals.
