RIAA Barker Gillette’s role in advising Balfe Ltd on part of their £66m acquisition advertised in Property Week

RIAA Barker Gillette’s commercial real estate team advises Balfe Ltd on the English aspects of their £66,542,000 acquisition of commercial real estate assets in the UK, with support from corporate partner Veronica Hartley, in respect of the financing arrangements, as advertised in Property Week’s MIPIM Edition published on 8 March 2019.
