She also worked as a research assistant at the Centre for Development Studies at the University of Bath, where she contributed to a policy evaluation project involving data analysis, research design and evidence-based policy assessment.
Ella previously completed a legal research internship with RIAA Barker Gillette, supporting projects across family, property and corporate law. This included research into the impact of post-Brexit employment law on corporate clients, requiring her to analyse legal developments and present her findings in a practical and accessible way.
In her current role, Ella supports the Commercial Property team with a range of matters, assisting with legal research, document preparation and the progression of client work. She brings a careful, organised and analytical approach to her role, with experience in handling complex information, managing competing priorities and communicating clearly with different stakeholders.
