Property Solicitor Traudi Chu joined RIAA Barker Gillette in December 2021 and works closely with the head of the department and residential property partner, Ben Marks. Although Traudi only qualified as a solicitor in 2018, she has had a long legal career working as a paralegal since 2010 for various City law firms.

Traudi Chu’s clients include first-time buyers, developers, investors, lenders and high-net-worth individuals.

Traudi acts in a time-sensitive manner and gives every transaction a personal touch. She is extremely thorough and works closely with our Private Client team to ensure her clients receive a 3D service, including advice on inheritance tax, wills, trusts and estate planning.
