Debbie Grant

Solicitor

Debbie Grant trained at Clintons Solicitors. She then moved to Charles Russell Speechlys before joining Tibber Marks Solicitors in January 2019. In September 2021, Tibber Marks merged with RIAA Barker Gillette to provide businesses and individuals with a personal and genuine alternative to the traditional City law firm and strengthen its real estate team, offering clients a wider choice of legal services.

Debbie’s clients include first-time buyers, investors and lenders. She has also acted for Developers and high-net-worth individuals.

Debbie Grant’s expertise includes residential property acquisitions and disposals, equity transfers, developments, lease extensions and re-mortgages. In addition, Debbie advises on secured borrowing and lending.

Debbie is meticulous in her approach and acts in a time-sensitive manner, giving every transaction a personal touch. Debbie works closely with our Private Client team to ensure her clients receive a 3D service, including advice on inheritance tax, wills, trusts and estate planning.
