Flexible payment terms for corporate reviews

Flexible payment terms for corporate reviews

This is an excellent opportunity to focus on the essential internal housekeeping, which sometimes gets set aside, and to take advantage of our flexible payment terms for corporate reviews. Why not use this time to:

  • check your business’ terms and conditions or your customer/client’s terms of engagement are relevant and up to date, in particular, your force majeure clauses and delivery and payment obligations (in light of COVID-19);
  • check your articles of association and shareholders’ agreement (if you have one) provide adequately for shareholder exits and insolvency and don’t restrict e-signing;
  • evaluate whether to put in place a shareholders’ agreement or, if you are a partnership, a limited liability partnership agreement if you don’t currently have one;
  • review compliance with data protection laws within your business to ensure your business’ data protection policies are adequate and up to date; and
  • review your existing and proposed financing arrangements, perhaps to take advantage of one of the Government financial initiatives detailed here.

We’re here to help and can offer flexible payment terms for corporate reviews, including deferred payment terms. Speak to Victoria Holland today to find out more.
