She is widely recognised for her pragmatic, solution-oriented advice and her ability to align legal structures with commercial priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her recent highlights include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leading on a share-purchase and joint-venture agreement involving a \u00a320 million mixed-use portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advising on the \u00a380 million acquisition of a business operating across multiple commercial sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acting for a developer in the acquisition and onward sale of a \u00a35 million office building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.riaabarkergillette.com\/uk\/our-team\/john-gillette\/\">John Gillette<\/a>, who previously served as Head of Commercial Real Estate, will continue as a Partner at the firm and will work closely with Brinda to ensure continuity and ongoing excellence in service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brinda commented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019m excited to join RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) and to lead such a dynamic, client-focused Commercial Real Estate team.
