John Gillette is one of the founding partners of what is now RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) and headed the firm’s commercial real estate<\/a> department for over 30 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, John aspired to be a litigation lawyer (and he still likes to \u201ctroubleshoot\u201d), but circumstances conspired to lead him into the transactional world, where he has been practising for over 40 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John focuses on commercial real estate and landlord and tenant matters, but for many years, he also undertook corporate transactional work as well. John’s experience and background are invaluable. His clients benefit from a combination of wisdom, experience, know-how and commercial insight. John prefers tricky transactions to routine ones!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
