This work includes the preparation of CLLS Certificate of Titles, dealing with lender\u2019s property related conditions to the proposed financing and reviewing and approving the property related aspects of facility agreements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\">Investment<\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>Stella has particular experience in investment-related property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of single and multi-let properties for both corporate and individual clients.
