Penny Dewar

Marketing Executive

Penny Dewar first joined RIAA Barker Gillette in 2009, having previously worked at both Speechly Bircham and Nabarro. Penny joined the commercial team as John Gillette‘s secretary (one of the firm’s founding members) and split her time equally between the commercial property and corporate and commercial departments.

It soon became clear that Penny had a natural flair for marketing and had previously organised and hosted corporate events at The Science Museum, Vinopolis and 30 St Mary Axe (aka the Gherkin) as well as Wimbledon, Queens Club and other well-known sporting events and venues around London.

After a brief stint in the country where Penny still lives, she re-joined the RIAA Barker Gillette team in September 2015 to concentrate her efforts on the firm’s marketing and business development strategy and other projects.
